Cabin Denmark was established in 1990 by Paul Münster. The company acquired the rights to produce and sell the Frigast Cabin Lamp, designed by Povl Frigast in 1977, which remains an unbeatable champion among yacht lamps to this day. Since then, the lamp program has expanded significantly to include a wide range of lighting solutions tailored to the specific needs at sea.

Cabin Denmark's product range includes reading lights, mast lights, and various specialized lighting solutions designed for use on yachts. However, these high-quality lamps are also used on cruise ships, in hotels, libraries, restaurants, private homes, and wherever stylish and functional lighting is needed. All products are made in Denmark and offer the best possible lighting solutions, using only the finest materials.

The production is carried out by Münster Cabin ApS in collaboration with a number of specialized Danish sub-suppliers, and the products are sold worldwide. The company is located in Sønderborg on the island of Als in the South of Denmark. The number of employees has grown from one to six very dedicated individuals who take great pride in ensuring that all Cabin lamps provide the best light in class for their owners.
