Precision aneroid barometer for measuring absolute atmospheric pressure from the FISCHER 103 professional instrument series, for indoor use.
The housing is made of chrome-plated brass and has a mineral glass cover with a diameter of 132 mm.
The measuring mechanism with 5-fold aneroid can set is made of a copper-beryllium alloy and is inherently stable.
The aneroid cans are virtually free of ageing, hysteresis and elastic aftereffect.
The temperature influence on the can set and the transmission system is compensated by a bimetal over the entire measuring range and in a temperature range of -30 to +40 °C.
The can stroke is transmitted to the pointer axis by means of a pinion and segment with ultra-fine toothing.
All bearing points are finely polished. Due to the advantageous design of the linkage and bearing points, the instruments have only minimal static friction.
Technical data
- Measuring range from 890 to 1050 hPa
- Measuring accuracy ± 0.7 hPa
- Scale graduation 0.5 hPa
