It employs a specially selected, temperature stabilized 4,19MHz quartz oscillator of very high precision.
The quartz movement runs on regular AA Mignon batteries, battery lifetime at least one year.
The chronometer is mounted in a representative varnished mahogany box with hinged lid.
The white dial (D = 100 mm) with arabic numbers is surrounded by a brass ring and has a centered seconds pointer.
No BSH type approval.
