This product uses a micro processor to monitor multiple battery banks which are being charged by an alternator, ensuring that each battery receives the power required and no current back feeds through the unit. The engine start battery is always charged with priority over other batteries. Batteries will also be charged when the ProSplit fails. Very robust, waterproof (IP66) housing and LED display. Connection for two or three batterie banks. The diode voltage drop is only 0,6V because of using semiconductor technology.
