MARINESEALANT MS3000/40 V2 is a transparent, clear, one-component, moisture-curing construction adhesive. It is free of solvents and silicone. It is mainly used when two different coloured materials have to be bonded together. It is suitable for elastic bonding and sealing, e.g. in the hull-deck area, interior fittings or sanitary areas. Suitablefor wood, metals, GRP. The adhesive is considered environmentally friendly and has the highest GEV classification EMICODE EC 1Plus and additionally the classification A+ of the French VOC emission class.Hardness approx. 42 Shore A and 2.2 N /mm² tensile shear strength. PANTERA SEA LINE 1000 marine Sealant

Very elastic, highly extensible and UV-resistant marine deck caulking sealant based on Alcoxy Silicone Rubber. Good sanding properties. For repairs and re-pointing of teak decks, mahogany and oak decks, larch, pitch pine and pine decks, parquet and laminate flooring. Can also be used for all other waterproofing work around the ship and house. Hardness approx. 40°Shore A, elongation at break up to approx. 350 %.Attention: Silicones cannot be painted over. Attention: The product only has a minimum durability of 6 months from the date of manufacture.For cleaning the wood, the manufacturer recommends:PANTASOL LIGHT (Art.-N0. 2700-005, 2700-010): Pure distilled cleaner with natural lemon extracts without acetone and xylene. Airs off completely and without residues. Priming is usually not absolutely necessary when working with this marine sealant. For new installations or when using untreated wood, the following PANTERA primers are recommended by the manufacturer:PRIMER/Technical bonding coat (Art.-No. 2700-003): For absorbent surfaces such as untreated wood (also teak) and other porous surfaces (e.g. natural stone, concrete).ACTIVATOR/Wash primer (Art.-Nr. 2700-004): For non-absorbent, smooth surfaces such as metal, plastics, GRP and acrylic.

PANTASOL LIGHT is a purely distilled cleaner with natural lemon extracts without acetone and xylene that is ideal for preparing bonding and varnishing. PANTASOL LIGHT vents completely without leaving any residue. Especially recommended for sensitive surfaces, does not even attack polystyrene. Ideal for removing sticker residues, grease, adhesive, oil, wax, preservatives, fresh epoxy adhesives, silicone, PU and SMP sealants. It does not attack fully hardened paints and is neutral to most plastics (test first), does not leave an oil film.Container: 1-litre can or 500 ml spray bottle
