The plane can be used in carpentry and joinery, particularly in boatbuilding: Wherever (concave or convex) rounded and bent surfaces must be planed. The plane's light weight allows simple use in and out of the workshop. The curved plane comes with carbide inserts and adapter for vacuuming.
