The chromed body is forged from high-quality aluminium-bronze.
The stainless steel forks (1.4401/AISI316) are very cleanly and
lavishly wrought entirely from solid material, without welds and their
corresponding weak points.
The standard UNF fine-threads ensure, through the combination of bronze
body and stainless steel threaded fork, that the turnbuckle can be adjusted
under high loads, with no danger of breakage.
The turnbuckles are 10% to 20% stronger than the strongest wire shroud
that could be used.
