With it's "wooly" cover, this line is remarkably grippy, soft and has a very good hand. this hemp-like cover gives SPLEITEKS a fine, costly spun decorative line of raw polypropylene (PP).
In contrast to natural hemp PP is absolutely decay resistant, flotable and stays smooth.
Three-strand traditional rope ideal for ropeways. Splices well.
SPLEITEKS has a higher stretch and a notably lower strength than other synthetic rope and is not at home in strong sunlight, and is therefore not intended for all applications.
The preferred rope for all lines, for which grip is important and which is not required to hold large weights of a long time, works well, for example, on small boats, daysailers, workboats, throwing lines, and anywhere that authenticity is required.
