Powerful LED searchlight 230CS from DEN HAAN ROTTERDAM. Due to its compact design, the searchlight is ideal for tugs, workboats and inland vessels.

The headlamp housing is made of seawater-resistant aluminium with a white powder coating. Inside there is a high-quality parabolic reflector that ensures optimum light diffusion. The colour temperature is 5000 K. The floodlight is waterproof according to protection class IP66. Its luminous intensity is comparable to that of a 1000 Watt halogen searchlight.

The optional "below deck control unit" allows vertical swivelling up to 65° and 360° rotation of the spotlight.

Thanks to the evolvement of LED technology, DHR decided to develop a drop-in PAR46 LED replacement for the 150-series. No special modifications are needed for installation. The existing wiring can be connected to the LED-insert - without the need for extra tooling. Compared to the 100-250 Watt incandescent equivalent, it boosts a luminous intensity of 200.000 Candela (measured) using only 10 W of energy. The Ferropilot 220S LED search light is just as suitable for boats and yachts as it is for land vehicles.The housing (available in black or white) is made of plastic (ASA), which is UV and salt water resistant (IP 56). The lens is made of hardened polycarbonate.The 220S LED search light can be quickly mounted on the base using four screws.
