Electronic sound signaling system with pressure chamber loudspeaker and microphone for audio announcements. The system has an approval for ships from 20 to 75 m as a signal system and fog horn, according to COLREG 1972, IMO Class III, approved by BSH, RINA, Lloyd's Register, MCA, BureauVeritas.

The EW3 sound signaling system consists of the waterproof (IP67) sound horn (loudspeaker) for mounting on the mast, the control box with sound generator (200 x 150 x 80 mm), the control panel and a microphone with talk button.

The sound frequency is 690 Hz, the loudness 130 dB(A) at 1 m. A signal of up to 8 tones can be programmed, with a repeat frequency of 60 or 90 seconds.

The integrated ultrasonic preheating of the membrane improves the sound quality under cold conditions.
