The device has a TFT-LC color display with a viewing angle of almost 180° and night vision mode. The built-in, waterproof 15 W loudspeaker amplifies the received sound and thus ensures a powerful, clear sound.

The flat, award-winning design is equally suitable for installation in a dashboard (installation depth: 53.6 mm) or for swiveling use with the surface-mounted device bracket.

Remote control & intercom via your smart device
With the RS-M500 app (for iOS/Android), some functions of the IC-M510E EVO can be controlled remotely via WLAN. Up to three smart devices can be used as a wireless microphone or remote control. The intercom function between smart device and radio is also possible.

Integrated AIS receiver
AIS vessel traffic information is shown on the display in real time. This can either come from the integrated AIS receiver (3938-516) or reach the IC-M510E EVO (3938-515) as an NMEA data set from an external AIS receiver or transponder. An individual DSC call to selected AIS targets can be made directly from the AIS screen.

Simple navigation
The navigation function guides you to an entered waypoint or AIS target. Up to 100 destinations can be set as waypoints.

An AIS transponder on your ship automatically receives information from other ships equipped with AIS or from coastal stations and transmits data about the movement and other information about your own ship. AIS-equipped vessels and buoys are displayed even if they are difficult to detect with a ship's radar. The MA-510TR can receive both Class A and Class B AIS signals, increasing your safety at sea.4.3-inch Color TFT LCDThe wide viewing, high resolution 4.3-inch color TFT display clearly shows your and other vessels’ positions. The day-mode display is readable in direct sunlight, and the night-mode display ensures good readability in the dark for further convenience.AIS Target List and Details The ‘Target’ list screen shows all detected AIS equipped vessels and targets.
